About SK Properties Abroad

We are a family based enterprise who have spent the last twelve years building up our buy to let property portfolio here in the UK.

We started researching overseas property in 1999. In 2004 mainly influenced by high UK property prices we purchased our first property abroad. Since then we have started reducing our UK portfolio and increasing our overseas portfolio.

While researching and indeed purchasing our properties abroad we unknowingly acquired a vast amount of contacts.

Due to the fact that we found it difficult and very time consuming to acquire these contacts and finally use the ones we felt we could trust to purchase our properties abroad. We decided to put all the ones that we feel are the very best in the business together on one site.
